to www or not to www

I have this website. Members can be premium members (people) who pay to have special access to the site. There are problems when people go to my site without using the www.
For example http://mysite.com/premium.asp
code doesn't work but when they go to
http://wwww.mysite.com/premium.asp the code does work.
How can I fix this problem?

Have a look at:

You can set it up in IIS - or if you don't have access your hosts should be able to do the redirect for you.
