LONG TIME COMING
enigma | Posted 7:34pm 15. July 2006 Server Time |
Ladies & Gentlemen,
Although not being around much on this forum in the past year, I still remember my first steps in learning ASP and making the Haneng.com website my personal de-facto source for knowledge concerning the subject of classical ASP.
Welcoming the new members and respect for all the old timers, like I, this announcement is for you……
I am now working for Microsoft, as a Business / Systems Analyst II (and in the same department with tier-3 sequel support engineers), and wish to thank all the wonderful people that make this site what it is with their dedication to others.
Cheers,
enigma

Informant,
It seems like Google's life expectancy will be going on strong for some time, considering that the English dictionary has now defined "Googling" as searching, and may pose a barrier to many it relying on an alternate search engine. Ask.com and MSN.com are a few search engines that, in my humble opinion, are more efficient and robust in many areas..... just a matter of getting the "mass mentality" looking toward a better technology.
Yo Informant.... what about that new soon-to-be released engine that will convert PHP 5 (and below) into "raw binary" for the .NET framework compatibility? He he.
Anyway, you still need to shoot me over your communicator info if you wish to chat to this Systems Analyst II (along with other tier-3 personnel at the Las Colinas buildings)!
Cheers dude,

Congrats enigma! I'm sure you'll enjoy the new job!
I have a friend whose son works for MS out of Redmond. From what I here the MS campus in Redmond is pretty sweet, and there's no shortage of bandwidth! I'd even go so far as to bet they've got a totally sweet wireless set up! So I'd imagine the set up in Dallas is pretty much the same...

A thousand congratulations to you Eni! Well done. Also, im glad to hear that Informant is still settled too.
It really is an eye opener to here of our fellow haneng'ers making it on the MS payroll! :D
PS. Maybe we could get haneng'ers in the english dictionary too. lol
Take care. I'll join ya soon.
