MySQL Question

I just got an email this morning, about an hour ag that my current host will be shutting down as of March 1. Here's the rub, In the site they had PHPmyAdmin set up for wowrking with the MySQL DB and since they have taken the control panels off line how can I export all those dataabase tables and records remotely?
Can I sue a local PHPmyAdmin or SQLYog to connect to their servers and get it that way? |

If I remember correctly you can specify the IP of the server & username/password locally and connect - assuming that the Server you're connecting to allows remote connections - some are locked down to a certain IP for security.
