Does anyone know how to make it hard (or impossible) to download windows media files?
I want my visitors to view them but not to download them. |

The best way to prevent download is to stream them...
You can't prevent anyone downloading as they will be stored in the users temp internet files anyway as part of the download process and can be copied from there...
Even streaming isn't foolproof... there are several bits of software that will capture a stream and write it out to a file for you... great for recording internet radio!!

why do you want to prevent them doing it anyway? if they want to they will always find a way...
