Norway Post Helix Innovation Model Explained at MIT 2019

This is a clip from the presentation I did at MIT together with MITs Dr. Nils Fonstad during the MIT CISR Annual Research Forum.  The audience was 140 business executives from 80 companies from around the world including PwC, GE, Microsoft, Chevron, SAP, HSBC, ExxonMobil, PepsiCo, Raytheon, Caterpillar Inc. and The World Bank.  The Helix innovation model was developed by Norway Post. In the presentation we looked at a few examples from Norway Post on how this model has helped us create real innovation for our customers and employees.  Thank you to Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the invitation to come and share our experiences. And thank you to the audience for great discussions during and after the presentation!

And what did the audience think? The presentation got the second highest rating among all the presentations held during both days. And the key take away from the presentation was voted the most important take away from the whole conference!
